OUR BIRTH
Hema Bajaj, a Family & Student Counsellor formed Career Advisory as a Sole Proprietor company. Focus of the company was to counsel students about their career options after school. Students and children were counselled on coping with the changes and relationships.
EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING
We signed the agreement to turnaround 12 year old Chinmaya International Residential School. The school is a dream project of Chinmaya Mission, offering spiritual knowledge along with formal school education. CK Taneja was hired and assigned to the project. School had issues with admission, management and profitability. CK Taneja build a team of 10 people on site and started the journey to turn around the school. We turned it from 67Lac of losses / yr to 4.7 Cr profit / yr
2008
COUNSELLING BUSINESS EXPANSION
Company was expanded and Family Counselling, Teenage counselling and Relationship Counselling services were added to the portfolio. Company tied with Psychiatrists to offer Psychiatric help to those who needed it.
FORAY INTO BUSINESS CONSULTING SERVICES
We started Business Consulting division with focus on helping clients achieve PEAK PERFORMANCE. We focused on moving our clients from PAIN to GAIN.
We signed 2 agreement with ZEE Group – To Turn around their acquisition, United News of India, a prestigious News Agency, which had lost its sheen and to expand their DTH Business – DISH TV.
CK Taneja was appointed as an Independent Director on the Boards of UNITED NEWS of INDIA and DISH TV. Our experienced consultants improved customer satisfaction and profitability of the company.
2009
ADMISSION SERVICES
We started Admission services as a new line of business. We signed agreements with various colleges in India and started programs to introduce students to professional courses and getting them admissions to professional courses. A team of admission counsellors was added to do telemarketing and find students for the Undergraduate courses
2010
MEDICAL COLLEGE ADMISSIONS
Career Advisory started Medical Admissions by becoming the India representative of Bukovinian State Medical University in Ukraine and St George University in the Caribbean Islands.
HEALTHCARE CONSULTING
Signed up with Medanta, The Medicity, a super-specialty Cardiac Hospital in Delhi. Recruited and trained resources, did IT Consulting and Business Process Consulting. Worked on E-marketing and Medical tourism for the hospital.

CHANGE IN COMPANY STRUCTURE
CK Taneja joined Career Advisory as a partner and Career Advisory became a Partnership firm under Indian Companies’ act. The company was set up to grow at a different trajectory
RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT SERVICES
We started Recruitment and placement services. We tied with colleges to place their students for internships and jobs. Reached out to companies to outsource their Recruitment activity to us.
Executive Search was added to recruitment services. We started recruitment for Healthcare and Education sector.
TRAINING DIVISION
Training Division was launched as there was a need to train people in Spoken English, Soft skills and Attitudes for Excellence. We also started training people to become employable.
CA BPO CELL was launched as a brand to train and place people in BPOs.
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
Mr. SN Jain, a very experience HR and Operations Consultant was brought in as the CEO of Career Advisory. He was given the task to manage the day to day affairs of the company and lead the HR practices of the business including Recruitment and Trainings.
BUSINESS EXPANSION
Majority stake was acquired in Vriksh Consulting Pvt Ltd a 15 year old consulting practice. Mr. Shubhashish Bhattacharya was appointed the CEO of Vriksh Consulting and all the consulting business was moved under this division.
CK Taneja was assigned the task for building new lines of business along with managing STARTUP Mentoring.
Vriksh MR brand was created to offer Online Market Research services to our clients. We started offering Employee Engagement, Client Satisfaction, Client Engagement and Online Testing services.
2012
SS Developers Pvt Ltd.retained us to turn-around their company. The project involved Change Management Consulting, Project Management Consulting and Sales Consulting. The Real Estate market was heating up. We undertook the task of selling 30 units in their ultra luxury project THE LEAF. We put all our energies into the project and were able to get the project off the ground and sell 27 Units within 10 months.
ORRIS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.retained us to guide them on how to manage the teams effectively. We trained their Sales Team on Attitudes of Excellence, Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills and Creating Level 5 Customers. We trained their HR team on Motivating Staff to give their best performance. We defined their business process and built a reporting system.
2013
6 Years and we are Growing
Career Advisory Partnership firm was registered and became a registered business under Shops and Establishment act of India to keep up with the statutory requirements, as the team size had increased to above 30.
CV Writing services were started to create a better impression of job-seekers. This became an extension of Career Counselling and Recruitment.
Content Writing services were started to prepare content for various media houses and web-sites.
Web Development services were started as we had many interns who could work with us in the field of Web designing, SEO, SMO and ORM.
Sales and Marketing Consulting was started as a new practice. We started helping clients in expanding their business by having sales team on our payroll. Signed agreement to launch RE/MAX LLC, a NYSE listed company, in North India.
Many more Medical Schools appointed Career Advisory as their India representative. We started sending students to Philippines and China in addition to Ukraine and Caribbean.
2014
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
RPO was started as an extension to Recruitment line of business. RPO is where US Manpower staffing companies outsource their recruitment headcounts to another location. This is very useful for small-medium clients as the resources in India are shared and reduces the cost burden on client.
Education Consulting Projects
Signed agreement with World’s top cricketer, Virendra Sehwag, to launch Sehwag International School and Sehwag Cricket Academy.
Universal Business School was launched under our mentorship. We signed relationships with University of Angers in France, University of Cologne in Germany and Cardiff in UK. Dual degree programs and Executive MBA programs were introduced in collaboration with University of Bolton, UK.

MENTORING and COACHING
Economic Times recognises the Best Startup Ideas under POWER of IDEAS awards. 5000+ Startup Ideas were received in 2015. Our team was hired to do the Judge the startups and shortlisted 72 Startup Ideas were mentored by us.
MARKETING CONSULTING
Our team continued doing great work in expanding network of RE/MAX, World’s #1 Real Estate Company in India. We got awarded the Best Franchise Sales Team and Best Franchise Development team across India.
EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING
Our team worked tirelessly to launch Gaurson’s International School. We had aimed to bring 450+ students and we brought in 473 students in the first intake of the K-10 School. Worked with Management to hire and train teaching and support staff.
Helped Brahmanand Education Trust in starting their Nursing College, Management college and IT College. Helped Vatika Developers, launch their K-12 school – Maitrikiran. Helped Mahagun Developers launch their primary school – Manthan.
2016
MEDICAL ADMISSIONS
Signed agreement with St Luicia College of Medicine, St Luicia and Washington Medical College, USA to be their India Representative. Now we have access to India, Ukraine, Phillippines and USA colleges.
STARTUP MENTORING
Two of the 10 startups made it big. Mama Couture (Maternity Ware) recognised by Power of Ideas. CricCrak (Cricket Info site) launched in under 3 months and gained a fan following of 10,000+ in less than 3 weeks
BUSINESS EXPANSION
Seeing success of RPO and making many clients successful in their staffing requirements, Directors decided to launched Chinmayam Consultants Inc. as a company registered in Delaware to do business in USA.
Pramod Sharma, an accomplished IT and Management person with over 25 years of experience was appointed President of Chinmayam Consultants Inc. Opened office in Dallas, TX. Appointed CK Taneja as the Director of Business Development for Chinmayam Consultants Inc and given the task to setup business in California.
Signed up agreement with Kloudworks to sell their IOT Solutions for energy savings in India and North America. Signed up agreement with Lifelong Healthcare, manufacturers of Disposable syringes in India and the largest supplier to Brazil, to launch their business in USA.
